SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Sidelines Inc., industry leader in closet and storage accessories is proud to announce it has entered into a strategic alliance with hardware components manufacturer and distributor Knape & Vogt (KV), located in Grand Rapids, MI.

This alliance will expand Sidelines’ existing distribution network by making its line of closet accessories more readily available to dealers and distributors throughout the US. Charles Costa, Sidelines CEO and recipient of the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals’ (ACSP) 2009 Pioneer Award and Peter Ross, KV V.P. marketing and product development agreed that the partnership was a “win-win for both companies.”

KV will add Sidelines’ most popular closet accessories and hardware including the patented Deluxe Accessory & Premier Accessory lines to its distribution network programs. Also, Sidelines holds several patents on its unique products such as the Deluxe & Premier Belt, Tie and Valet rods as well as the Premier Mirror and Pressing Perfection ironing board.

KV, a privately held company established in 1898 with over 750 employees, has a distribution network, which spans North America as well as worldwide. Additional holdings include GSlide Manufacturing in Taipei, Taiwan. In addition to its distributor network, which services independent dealers and cabinet makers, KV also supplies office furniture and kitchen manufacturers and major retailers. Sidelines’ products are now available through KV’s distribution network and its representatives as well as its own warehouse in Chicago, IL.
